1. This website
These terms cover dna2tech.com, published by DNA2Tech Soluções em Tecnologia Ltda. (CNPJ 66.545.440/0001-32). The site describes the studio and the products it builds and runs. It is not a proposal, and it does not replace the terms of those products. A message sent through the contact form is a request for a reply. It is not an agreement to start work.
2. Tripplo, CertiAge and Cotapool
Tripplo (tripplo.app), CertiAge (certiage.com.br) and Cotapool (cotapool.dna2tech.com) are products DNA2Tech builds and runs. Using one of them follows that product’s own terms. CertiAge is age verification for Brazilian companies’ sites and apps. It helps with age checks under the ECA Digital and with handling that data under the LGPD. Cotapool is for people 18 or over. It organises lottery pools among friends. It does not sell bets or handle money.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: do not try to break it, overload it, or use it in a way that breaks the law.
4. Intellectual property
The DNA2Tech name, logo, and the text and design of this site belong to the studio or its licensors. Product names belong to their products. Nothing here grants a licence to copy the site or the products.
5. Liability
The site is information. To the extent the law allows, the studio is not liable for indirect loss from using the site. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights are unaffected.
6. Law
