1. Who we are

DNA2Tech Soluções em Tecnologia Ltda. (CNPJ 66.545.440/0001-32), Curitiba/PR, Brazil, is the controller for personal data collected through dna2tech.com. Contact: contato@dna2tech.com. This policy covers the studio website. Tripplo, CertiAge and Cotapool have their own policies and terms when you use them.

2. What this site does with data

• The studio pages do not load third-party analytics or fonts. Fonts are self-hosted.
• The contact page loads Cloudflare Turnstile so automated messages can be rejected. Turnstile may set a cookie for that check. It is not used for advertising.
• The form collects a name, an email address, an optional company, what you need, a message, and an optional note about timing. We store the message so we can reply, and we email it to the studio. We store a hash of the network address, not the address itself, and the browser’s user agent.
• You can also email contato@dna2tech.com. We use that message to reply.
• Cloudflare hosts the site and may process IP address and request data to deliver it and to protect the network.

3. Why, and for how long

We reply because you wrote and asked for an answer (LGPD article 7, V; GDPR article 6(1)(f) where it applies). We keep that correspondence for the conversation and for as long as the law requires. We do not sell personal data.

4. Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, portability, or to object, by emailing contato@dna2tech.com. In Brazil you can also complain to the ANPD. In the EEA and UK you can complain to a supervisory authority. We do not publish a named person for privacy requests; write to the studio address above.

5. Visitors from other countries

The site is published in English and in Brazilian Portuguese. Cloudflare may process connection data outside your country.
